Returns and Refunds

At Miss Nat Jo, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return and replacement or a refund to your “wallet” only under the following conditions.

Eligibility

  1. If the item(s) delivered are damaged, broken or leaking product.

b. An unboxing video must be sent along with the order details to support@missnatjo.com within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) to verify the damaged item(s) and help us to assist you in the return and replacement or refund process. 

Return or Refund Process

a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within the 5-day period.

b. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). 

c. Please package the item(s) securely and include a copy of the original invoice.

d. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them for eligibility.

e. If the item(s) meet the return criteria, we will process your refund to the “Wallet” within 1-2 business days.

f. In the event, the product/s is “Out of Stock”, we will automatically refund the full amount to your “Wallet”. 

Refund Amount

The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping fees.
